Drink Loads of Water:

We should at least drink 12 liters of water regularly.

All drinks that are non-alcoholic count but water and fresh juices are the best source of water.

One should not overlook the need to drink water as less water consumption leads to dehydration.

They are used in meals, salads, soups and can be eaten alone.
